Returns and Refunds

We only entertain the requests for replacement, return or refund only if the request is raised within 5 calendar days of receiving the product. The customers can also raise the request for return or refund even before the product is delivered. In other words, we SHALL NOT entertain any requests for replacement, return or refund after 5 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

Before making any request for replacement or return kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement or return only under following circumstances:

  1. If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect.
  2. The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
  3. The product supplied must not have been used or worn out.
  4. The customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received. Needless to mention that the original packing must not have been broken or soiled.
  5. The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
  6. Products under warranty (if eligible).

Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange under following circumstances:

  1. Items that are specified as “non-refundable” will not be returned/refunded at any cost.
  2. The product must be non-consumable in nature, i.e., any item which is consumable in nature like incense sticks, turmeric etc. can neither be replaced nor returned/exchanged under any circumstance,
  3. Customisation or customised pooja boxes and items.

Process of Returns and Refunds:

  1. At the time of making a request for refund, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of broken or different product received).
  2. Only the amount equivalent to the value of the product returned shall be refunded and not the entire value of the purchase.
  3. Once you request to return a product, a return pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. After receiving the products back, they will go under Quality Check, once approved your refund will be initiated.
  4. The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for refund.
  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall notify the customer through email that we have received your returned item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through email.
  6. In case of Prepaid Orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 7-21 business days (check with your bank.)
  7. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide their bank details & the refund amount will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval of the refund.
  8. In case the customer is not satisfied with the product or has had a change of mind, then the customer is responsible to send the product back to us. Post receiving the product we will check the quality of the same and then proceed with the refund. Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer in this case. Please note, Febingo offers reverse pick-up only in case of defects/wrong product delivered. 
  9. To summarize the process of refunds, firstly, upon receiving the product for return, within 7 business days, we shall intimate the customer regarding acceptance or denial of the refund request. Once the request has been approved, the refund process shall be initiated and will complete within the next 15 days. In simple words, the entire refund process shall complete within 21 days from the date of receiving the product at the premises of Febingo.

Exchanges

    1. Febingo shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received has manufacturing defects. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons as specified. If the customer is desirous of getting his product exchanged, he shall contact us at help@febingo.com Febingo shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product.

    5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.
